John W. Webster

Mr. Webster is the founding member of the firm, opening a solo practice in 2001 after having worked in the public and private sector for several years prior. From 2009 to 2016, Mr. Webster was a partner at Singletary & Webster, P.C. in Albemarle, resuming the current practice in 2016. Mr. Webster has been an active member of the Stanly County community since 1996. He has lived, worked, coached, taught, served on boards, and volunteered in various capacities in Stanly County since moving there in 1996.

Mr. Webster and his wife raised two children in Stanly County, both products of the local public school system and proud graduates of Gray Stone Day School. In addition to spending time with his family, Mr. Webster is an avid fan of the Carolina Hurricanes/NHL, Boston Red Sox, Buffalo Bills, and all things Rocky Top and the University of Tennessee, enjoys time working as an off-ice official for the Charlotte Checkers American Hockey League team, watching and attending sporting events, travelling, cooking, hunting and working outdoors as much as possible.

Mr. Webster practices in the areas of Real Estate, Estates, Business/Corporations Law, Criminal and Traffic Law, Family Law and other areas.
